Immigration
Sarita is authorized to practice immigration law in all US states and territories and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. We understand the stress and fear that can be involved in the US immigration process and are here to help with compassion and honesty. Unfortunately, there are notarios in the US and abroad who are not licensed attorneys and sometimes take advantage of hopeful prospective immigrants. Sarita has been through personal interactions with USCIS on her own behalf and that of a spouse, bringing true empathy for the plight of those seeking a better or more prosperous life in the United States. Mediation
Conflict is messy and inevitable. Mediation offers a path through conflict that is less expensive than going to court, lets the parties maintain control over the outcome, and helps the parties move forward with less bitterness. When acting as a mediator, Sarita is a neutral third party rather than representing any party as their attorney. We can help parties get "unstuck," identify areas of conflict and agreement, and develop solutions the parties can live with. Mediation is a useful tool for many types of conflict including:

We believe in providing clients excellent customer service with compassion, creativity, and integrity.
First admitted to practice in 1998, Sarita brings a broad legal background spanning a variety of areas across transactional, litigation, and regulatory practice. She has worked for the US federal government, in-house for financial institutions, and in her own private practice and other law firms. She completed her law degree and Finance MBA at the University of Miami.
